How do I pay for my EPC? After you have booked a date for the EPC, and we have completed the assessment we will email you an invoice with bank details. Once we have received payment, we will lodge the EPC.
Alternatively, we are happy to accept payment in advance.
What area do you cover? We are happy to provide EPC Services anywhere in the Reading area, including Goring, Newbury, Wokingham, Bracknell, Tilehurst, Calcot, Southcote, Shinfield, Caversham, Emmer-green and anywhere in the RG postcode area.
Can you do the assessment on weekends and evenings? We are happy to work around whatever time date suits you, however these have been excluded from our online booking system. If you would like to book an out-of-hours appointment, please call and we will find a mutually agreeable time.
How is the quality of the assessment assured? Assessments are randomly called for audit where the assessor must upload notes and photographic evidence for auditor will use the notes and evidence to re assess the findings.
